문제란 바라는 것과 인식의 차이이다

1. At the moment that Makefile executes gdk-pixbuf-csource, it failed to load "***.png": Couldn't recognize the image file format for file './***.png'
--> When you configure source files, you should add "--with-include-loaders=png" option to your command line. For example,
$ ./configure --with-gdktarget=directfb --without-libtiff --disable-glibtest --disable-modules --disable-largefile --with-libjpeg --with-included-loaders=png,jpeg
 
2. When you can not execute ./autogen.sh with such a error messages.
--> Try to copy /usr/local/share/aclocal/*.m4 to /usr/share/aclocal
 
3. Modify gtk/gtkicontheme.c
--> (1) Line41: #include "gtkbuildincache.h"
Change above line to commend or remove, because it will cause "No such a file" error.
(2) Line 1138: gchar *builtin_icons;
Insert above line in the void _gtk_icon_theme_ensure_builtin_cache(void) function, because if you don't, you will see the error that "builtin_icons not defined, but used."
 
4. Modify gdk/directfb/gdkwindow-directfb.c
--> Line 116: update_idle = gdk_threads_add_idle (GDK_PRIORITY_REDRAW, gdk_window,update_idle, NULL,NULL);
Change gdk_threads_add_idle to gdk_thread_add_idle_full. If you don't, you will see the error message that "Too many arguments to function 'gdk_threads_add_idle'."
 
5. -version-info problems
--> I don't know the reason why this error occurs when use Scratchbox. When I cross-compiled GTK+ in common way (do not use Scratchbox), I never meet this problem. When you tried to build GTK+ in Scratchbox, you'll see these error messages.
link: CURRENT `1100' is not a nonnegative integer
libtool: link: `1100:0:1100' is not valid version information
I try to find a solution, but anyware there is no solutions. But, eventually I find the solution. :-) To settle this problem, you should remove "-version-info" lines from gdk/Makefile, gdk/directfb/Makefile, gdk-pixbuf/Makefile, and gtk/Makefile.
